About me
I have been working in the field of sports science for almost 10 years, approaching it from several angles. As a sport-specific nutritionist, I work mainly with professional and amateur team and endurance athletes, in cooperation with several partners and the Hungarian Anti-Doping Group. Besides consultations and diet writing, I support the work of athletes and sports professionals with professional lectures and education. For years I have been involved in performance monitoring, motion and video analysis software, field tests, mainly for football players and other team sports. I also helped and still help athletes and teams with sports anthropometric measurements and sport selection advice. As a sport-specific dietician, my profession is to help my fellow athletes achieve their goals and improve their performance effectively. My main goal is to teach athletes how to keep their performance and health at the highest possible level through nutrition. With a well-constructed nutrition strategy and diet, training and competition can be greatly supported, allowing athletes to develop and perform better. With a well-planned diet, recovery and sleep are also much more efficient, all of which contribute to avoiding injuries and maintaining high levels of performance.
