About me
I graduated from the Faculty of General Medicine of Semmelweis University in 2012. I started my career at the Department of Urology at St. John’s Hospital and since 2014 I have been working at one of the most renowned urology departments in the country, Jahn Ferenc South Pest Hospital. I graduated in Urology in 2018. I am a member of the European Association of Urology (EAU) and the Hungarian Urological Society (MUT). When I was introduced to urology as a student, I was fascinated by the diversity of the profession, as we can eliminate the underlying pathological factors of a patient’s complaints with one of the widest range of tools. In addition to the classic open surgery, there is a wide range of laparoscopic (and robot-assisted), microsurgical and endoscopic upper and lower urinary tract surgeries with a very different approach, including extracorporeal shock wave therapy (ESWL). I am one of the lucky people who can encounter a wide variety of pathologies in my work, but I am still focused on patients with kidney stones.I believe it is important to provide full patient information and to treat my patients according to the latest professional recommendations. My goal is to create a circle of trust with my patients where they can open up honestly and receive personalized treatment. My specialties: – kidney stone surgery – kidney stone prevention – bladder tumor and prostate removal through urethra – laparoscopic surgery
