Our clinic provides a full range of care, led by our medical case managers. From diagnosis through to the full treatment plan, our specialist internal medicine team coordinates the process and the work of other specialists, is aware of the patient’s medical history and follows the patient’s journey to recovery.
The case manager’s work is needed when the patient comes to us with a complex set of complaints or when he or she suffers from a multidisciplinary (specialised) disease.
