About me
I completed my medical studies at the SE Medical School, graduating summa cum laude in 1991. I obtained my specialist qualifications in internal medicine in 1996 (with honours) and in clinical oncology in 2003 (with honours) at the same university. I defended my Phd thesis at Semmelweis University in 2006 with summa cum laude. From 1991 to 2001 I worked at the Semmelweis University, Department II. During this time I worked in several specialties of internal medicine (hematology, immunology, oncology, diabetology, cardiology, nephrology, hepatology, gastroenterology). Since 2001 I have been working as an internist and clinical oncologist at the National Institute of Oncology. In this capacity, I provide outpatient and inpatient care for patients with solid tumours (head and neck tumours, salivary gland tumours, lung cancer, breast cancer, gastrointestinal tumours, soft tissue sarcomas).
