Pediatricians are doctors who specialize in caring for infants, children, and adolescents. They diagnose and treat a wide range of health conditions, from minor health problems to serious illnesses. General pediatrics also provides preventive care, including vaccinations and health screenings.
The examination includes a review of the child’s previous findings, a general assessment of their condition, and the administration of vaccinations. Prior to the examination, please bring or send your child’s vaccination booklet and all previous findings to info@wmc.hu
In the event of vaccination, in addition to the specialist examination fee, the administration fee and the vaccine fee must be paid separately (mandatory vaccinations in Hungary are free of charge). If you have the vaccine, please bring it with you.*

*Due to changes in legislation, we are unable to administer mandatory vaccinations in Hungary to individuals with a Hungarian social security number at our clinic.
Mandatory vaccinations in Hungary can be administered free of charge to those who do not have a TAJ number.
The cost of non-mandatory vaccinations in Hungary is not included in the package, but they can be administered free of charge.
For patient safety reasons, we cannot accept patients with head or spinal injuries or trauma cases.
During the examinations, the doctor may diagnose a problem that requires specialist care. These specialist consultations are not included in the Newborn Care and Kids packages.
Prescriptions are for medications prescribed by doctors at the Wáberer Medical Center for previously diagnosed conditions.
Diagnostic tests are available upon presentation of a specialist’s recommendation or referral.
