Rehabilitation

Physiotherapy at our centre

The aim of physiotherapy is to prevent and treat musculoskeletal disorders through movement therapy. With the help of special gymnastic exercises, improving blood circulation, developing joint functions and strengthening the muscles, you can quickly and effectively regain your mobility, preventing the development of more serious diseases. With physiotherapy:

  • reduce pain
  • increase range of motion
  • Strengthen muscles
  • promote muscle relaxation
  • improve coordination of movements

For whom do we recommend physiotherapy?

For young children and adolescents, it can correct sloppy posture, flat feet, knee and hip pain and treat sports injuries. For adults, it is particularly recommended for low back pain, herniated discs, joint pain, and pre- and post-operative rehabilitation.

Before a major operation, it is advisable to book in for a physiotherapy consultation, during which our physiotherapists can help you prepare for surgery by teaching you various breathing exercises.

Physiotherapy at our centre

Physiotherapy is an effective complementary therapy for musculoskeletal complaints, involving treatments based on natural energies.
In which cases is physiotherapy recommended?

  • pain relief
  • reducing inflammation
  • relaxation of tissues
  • restoring the condition of muscles or stimulating paralysed muscles

The different types of treatment can be combined with each other and with physiotherapy and/or manual tissue relaxation and massage to promote rapid recovery. Physiotherapy treatments are administered in a course of treatments, usually at least 10 treatments are recommended.
