He was born and went to university in Pécs. He graduated cum laude in 1994. Initially, he was a lecturer and researcher at the Institute of Anatomy of the PTE, and then he started his surgical career at the Department of Traumatology and Hand Surgery of the POTE. He is still working there as a head of department.
He graduated from the Medical University of Pécs in 1994. He has been in the field for more than 25 years. He spent several years in Germany and gained extensive experience in trauma surgery, orthopaedics and hand surgery. He is also board certified in hand surgery in Germany.
He deals with diseases of the upper limb, especially of the hand, nerve decompression syndromes in both the lower and upper limb, operative and conservative fracture treatment, post-fracture complaints, but is also experienced in the treatment of both recent trauma and post-trauma conditions of the lower limb, adult orthopaedic conditions and joint arthroplasty.
